Because I had already told major_sephiroth I would kill him. I felt it would be in bad conscience to not go through with it. Though, I suppose that executing the Doctor is probably worse... I kinda wished he had been something else. Like one of them bad guys. That'd've been nice. Oh well.

And I had only a little time to choose someone.

Pandarsenic, do you think the "lynch the last king if they mislynched" policy is a good idea and why?

Like all strategies, even a "good" strategy has exceptions. It's like asking if I agree with Lynch All Liars. It's stupid to unconditionally lynch liars, but some liars need to be lynched.

If you think the last king guessed wrong, don't lynch him. If you think he's scum, lynch him.

And strictly speaking, it's a terrible policy because it's the only one I can think of where the KM has to try crowning *scum*.

That seems kind of cold. Like you only really note that you've killed the Doctor, as opposed to having also killed someone who was town-aligned.

Also, you didn't explain why you said you'd kill major_sephiroth in the first place.
