I noticed that there are quite a few players, namely england germany and russia, who make the common beginner mistake of entering some moves and disappearing until the next time moves are required

in this game, talking is immensely important, so please, don't doom yourself by staying silent. the worry "Oh, but if I say something I will give all my moves away" is absolutely unfounded.

write your stuff, and make sure it is long and detailed, so everything that needs to be said is said before the one you are waiting for arrives.

we urgently need a replacement else the quality of the game will suffer a lot

germanies position, despite missing a move, is not that bad, and can still make a huge difference
