phase lenght: I think 2 days will be fine.  If we all submit our orders earlier we will go end it sooner but it's a failsafe.

We can bet 50 points...

Points-per-supply-center is good.

Anonymous players might take some fun out of it but will make it completely neutral.  no meta emotions... XD

and obv, we password protect it.
