Did I break it?

I deleted the region1 folder to open up a slot, and now DF keeps quitting during world generation.
Then I deleted Dwarf Fortress and replaced it with a vanilla copy, then put a few of my old creatures back in.
And it keeps crashing.

Thoughts? I'm pretty sure theres something wrong thats been seen before, so I didn't put this under Bugs.
Could having a bad creature token in my raws kill the game during world gen? I currently only have eight modded/new creatures.

1. Try to run the game without modded creatures. Read the errorlog.txt and gamelog.txt
2. Add the creatures. Read the files again. Feel the difference. ;-)
3. Post creatures raws here.

Thanks you guys. I've been modding for a year and it still scares me. :P
I finally got it fixed though. For whatever reason, my computer was copying fragmants of old files into replacement files.

And what would happen if you edited deer?
