SOmething similar, but more profound happens to me.

If i rise from a sitting position too quickly, i go  completely blind for a few moments (three or four second is when it's faded), i'm pretty sure it's due to Interrupted bloodflow, and as long as it dosent actually harm me, i don't really care about it. it's pretty trippy.
I have that, but I almost totally black out.
All the blood falls down to my legs, and they're a long way from my head.

Sounds like its more than that, although tiredness COULD also be a factor, though I still recommend a doctor. I find if I've been prone or sitting for a long period of time and I get up quickly, the vision will completely go from my eyes, before slowly draining back in. Its very unpleasant, and makes me feel somewhat dizzy - it doesn't happen very often though, so i don't worry.

Wow, it seems I have everything mentioned in this thread so far. Just not as serious as actually collapsing.

S'kinda weird.
The worst I had it was when my vision blacked out, my hearing fuzzed out and my knees stopped working.
A combination of dehydration, tiredness and sitting down.

Yeah, I get the hypotension really bad.

I have a tendency to jump up from a reclining position when I need to get up, instead of just getting up, and after a few seconds my vision goes gray, I have trouble standing up straight, and I have trouble understanding what people around me are saying.  I can hear them clearly, but I can't figure out what they're saying.  Also, time dilates big-time  When it goes away(After five seconds or so), it takes me a few seconds to realize it was only five seconds.

I've had floaters for as long as I can remember. Never been that big a deal, since they usually only show up if I'm looking at a white wall or the sky. But recently one of them got tangled around itself, so not it shows up as a little gray spot pretty much all the time. Really obnoxious.

On the subject of orthostatic hypotension: Yeah, it happens. There are a bunch of causes. Just as long as you don't get seizures from it (i.e. fall down and twitch for a prolonged period) the hypotension itself shouldn't be a big deal. Seeing a doctor is probably a good idea if it happens a lot, though. Kinda weird how it feels like someone's flipped a reset switch in your brain once you get over it, isn't it?

I've also had these things as long as I can remember.  Barely ever see them anymore though.

I have one memory of a stroller ride when I was very, very young.  I thought they were just a bunch of bubbles flying around in the air.  So, naturally, I pointed them out to my parents.

Confused the hey out of 'em.  But then again, they were used to that from me.

I've also had a couple experiences with slow blood, back when I was using a different (and very low-set) chair for my PC antics.  I have this chin-up bar installed in my doorway, you see, and I've made a sort of habit of swinging in and out of my room instead of resorting to the infinitely less exciting "walking" alternative.

So one time I decide to curtail my gaming extravaganza for a quick pit stop.  I leap out of my chair, and immediately fling myself onto the chin-up bar.

On the swing out, I noticed my vision fading and my head going cool.

When I woke up, I was staring up at the ceiling.  I had flung my unconscious body into the hallway, where I landed on my back (apparently with enough force to shake the light fixtures downstairs.  Scared my parents somethin' fierce).  My neck was a little stiff, but other than that I was fine.  Was a bit odd to think that I'd just fainted midair though.
