Since the future, maybe...
Emperor_Jonathan said somewhere that it might have been possible in the future, but wasn't then, I haven't heard anything about it being possible now.
I am spending money to incite a rebellion, I have no idea if that is possible, but I felt like trying it anyway...

Wait, since when can we research in this game?
You can research all you want, but for now, I won't keep a track of it and it will have 0 in game benefits.

I'll put $5 each turn towards buiding a Supergun. I'll use plans similiar to that of Project Babylon, possibly adding any improvements available.

[OOC]Even if it doesn't have any in-game affect at the moment, could you at least give me a number of turns it will take to complete?[/OOC]

Is it possible to fortify a territory, and if so, what does it do?

Hmm...

Yeah, okay. It takes one turn to fortify a territory, to keep it fortified you need a unit continually stationed in that territory. It will give a +1 for all defense rolls.

Ok. Add fortifying Israel to my action and leave the regular infantry unit there instead of adding it to the attack.

OK...

How about my invasion? Finished yet?

If it is a success, I'll say hello to my subjugated Tagalog-speaking ummah!

Bump
On the topic of flavor, equip troops with new uniforms.

And a suggestion for tracking research, simple idea.
If we research, we get a counter, for example I donate 1000 to Gauss Rifle Research, it becomes
1000/5000
instead of
0/5000

I'm not not tracking research because it's too difficult or it'll take too long, but because it gives no in-game bonuses.

Plus if I were to track research, I would need to build a tech tree.
