Phantom abandoned his. I liked it, so I decided to 'update' the rules to my liking and start a new one!

America and the UK will be divided, which means one person controls
southern britain, and western US. Second person controls Northern
Britain, eastern US. Someone controls the US Great plains.They cannot
attack each other.

Each country starts with 2 billion (2000 million) cash.
 -200 million for one division Infantry lightly trained
 -300 million for Infantry with Regular Training
 -500 million for Infantry with Commando Training
 -500 million for Light Tanks
 -600 million for Medium Tanks
 -700 million for Heavy Tanks
(African countries and china get militia instead of lightly trained
infantry, which are one hundred, but less powerful. America and Britan pay 50 more for tank, however they gain more powerful tanks.)

-400 for Transport planes, 500 for fighters, 600 for bombers, 700 for
fighter bombers.
-300 for frigate, 500 for destroyer, 700 for crusier, 1000 for
battleship and Aircraft carrier

-You may rename your country

At the start of the game certain PC countries are allied to each other
automatically, this can be broken, however Allies are valuable things.
These countries are:

Americans and Britain
South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
The Italians and The Vatican.

Turns change when I feel like it. You can do one action automatically, you can buy units independently of turns - as long as you have the money. Resources are sold automatically and cash is gained at turn change.

First act as Commander of alaska, rename it the GDI Auxillary Command (The Main one is in space)
Buy one battleship and buy two Commando Infantry Battalions/Brigades/Regiments/Divisons.
And profile for Infantry Bought

No.

For one, way too much power for one person at the beginning.

And two, in Australia at least, Britain and the Queen has pretty much no power on political/military/domestic/foreign affairs.

I am GDI in here, and as soon as it starts, im buying a battleship and 2 Commando Infantry.
And Im planning to send one of the GDI Commandos on the battleship to Libya and secure it.

Andorra belongs to no Yank in a Tank! (clever, I know.) Besides, I don't even own Gibraltar. (Game hasn't started)

Besides, invading Andorra will incur the wrath of both France AND Spain, Both of whom are sworn to protect my lands.

You're only allies if both are players.

Plus it's going to be pretty difficult to get to Gibraltar when you know.

Say, can we research for new weapons and vehicles?
Like, say I invented a cross for the G36, S.C.A.R. and the L85A2, and outfit one infantry (Divison, Battalion, Brigade, Regiment) for one hefty price but due to their weapons, they are one notch above a countries other soldiers?

By the way, here's the description of how I became a GDI Commander of alaska.
  During 6 years before the conflict, a Phantom GDI Commando was sent to alaska to scope out N.O.D. Bases, there was a large skirmish between him, NOD, and allies in between, The Phantom emerged victorious, and due to such High Valor, he was promoted to commander.
