I buy an Aircraft carrier, 1 frigate, 1 flock of Transport planes, and upgrade one of my troop divisions to commandos. I load all my stuff onto the carrier and go capture The Maldives. I'm going to post a bit about how reinforcing an injured unit works.

Simply. A unit can only get injured in quarters, 25% 50% 75% and 100%. It costs 10% of the cost for the whole unit to reinforce them for each quarter, except for 100% which then the unit is destroyed and you'll pay full price.
