Whether they're murals or not, they're still dull when you have a bazillion dwarf and dwarves engraved on your walls.

I agree with Urist. Steampunk is like Darth Vader winning Holland's Next Top Model. It would be awesome but not something I'd like in this game.
Unfortunately dying involves the amputation of the entire body from the dwarf.

I'd like an option to have scenes of the dead dwarf carved around his coffin. Even if its just stuff he likes, and how he died.

On each of the eight tiles surrounding a coffin: "On the floor is an engraving of a dwarf and a dwarf in granite.  The dwarf is raising a pleading hand.  The dwarf is holding a hammer.  This depects Urist McEngraver being hit by Urist McHammerer for having no imagination."
