Irritating nuclear power plant is irritating.
Apparently, what happened was that, After a few days of messing with the shiny red button, I stopped using it for like, a week or two, and then when I came back to the power plant, it had a completely different map, and absolutely NO big red button. This is the most current version, btw. [4.000.3]

As in, I come in, look through the entire map, and no red button.
I can't influence nuclear power limit laws if I can't abuse it!
I also have save file if anybody wants.

This has happened to me as well, only with the Court House, in one game, when I checked, there was a jail cell, but no jury.

I can only assume waiting for a bit for the maps to reset could fix it.
