Several of you peaple are either VERY disturbing, trollish, dosn't understand what this thread is for, or any combination of the above. I find it rather implausible so large a % of peaple find violence and such beutuful. Not that it cant be in some cases, but for some reason I suspect only strife was really serous about it.
On the other hand, maybe it's some completely different kind of beauty that I'm unaware of, I always assumed people being attracted to it was out of rage or morbid curiosity.
Also, people seem to have forgotten to add motivation to why stuff is beautiful in many cases, *sigh* and here I thought I had set up clear rules.

I think I can fairly safely class this post as troll (and I have notified Toady...). However, because nobody posted any chalenges I might as well use this for the demonstration:
1) this one is fairly obvius, even nightmares often have beuty in their own way. A terefying beuty.
2) ok, this is a hard one... I guess the closest one can get here is eficency, and the elegance of the skill needed to bend wills so far they act against their inermost nature.

I think both of these have the same explanation: It is beutiful how so very, very someple material with a bit of creativity can be turned into such and infinite varety of objects, and with such ease even a child can do it! And with a bit of imagination, you can have entire make-belive worlds to play in...
