Org, stop doing that.

Neruz, that's called a conversation, people often add in "useless" information to increase it's length.

A person commenting on the fact that he changed his car's colour is perfectly reasonable.

Yes, but not in that manner;

In that case, i have commented that his car is red. He has then disagreed with me, saying the car is actually blue, it's only painted red.

What he has just done is disagreed with me, and then restated the exact thing i just said. This makes him sound like he is either paying no attention whatsoever to the conversation, or that he is an idiot.

That is what you sounded like when you made the comment that started this.

Or just being a douchebag.  Or a retard.  Or completely and totally socially inept.  Either/or.

▼ INTENT IS A BIG THING.

Idiot, douchebag, same thing really, the latter implies intent i suppose, but that's about it.

On topic, I've decided to learn to play 40k.  Once I've learned most of the rules, would anyone like to play me on Vassal?

I'm so there dude.  I'll need to learn the program, but I'm dying to actually play this damn game.

Bear in mind, I played it a handful of times under 3rd Edition transitional rules with someone else's army.  So I'm gonna be as lost as you for a few turns.  But I've also consumed loads of tactical advice, so be prepared to lose anyway.

I would, but I can't find any 40k modules on the Vassal site.

Google.  It took me a little navigating, but one of the first results is a forum thread somewhere with a mediafire link to what I think is an older download.  It does work apparently, but I have no idea how to use the program.
