Oi Tau is still 4e to... as far as I know.

I really want Tau and sisters to get updated. I'm pretty sure that this will not happen at least until necrons get updated though. A shame, because Tau, Sisters, and Dark Eldar are my favorite armies.

I am surprised that no-one has mentioned the new Grey Knight codex has come out....

I want to field an Iron Hands army.

I will custom build all the vehicles to look like Iron Hands

I'll give them as many power fists as possible.

I'll play with a complete disregard for strategy and planning, Everyone is always in melee range, all the time.

I'll wrap my Marine's hands in chains instead of giving them chainswords.

I'll cast my own models, out of iron.

When I need to move my mini's around, I'll use a forklift.

Well they come with the Assualt on Black reach, but I will most likely be getting Imperial guarsmen after that. I am getting the Assualt on Black Reach box so me and my Brother can play.

It's a little bit annoying that the SM models in BR are cast to be Ultramarines.

I would recommend reading up on the SM lore for each chapter, and finding something you like. There is a wealth of information on all things 40k at the Lexicanum. Failing that, make your own chapter!

The thing that I hate about Space Marines is that they show them way to much love. I mean give some to the tau, orks, or any other army, because the space marines seem to be overpowered , and have the deepest story which I don't find fair to the other armies.

They aren't really overpowered, but they definitely are the poster boys of GW and are by far the most popular faction in the game.
I guess with every popular game you have to have a de facto generic race for sensible people to be able to mess with, and then have a bunch of other batshit crazy ones for the cool people.
I'm an Ork player, and I spend most of the time tearing apart kits that belong to other races and creating eldritch mechanical abominations that send my opponents into horrified lapses of hyperventilation and screaming.

Deafult Chimeras are transports. Their chassis are used in almost every IG vehicle, as far as I know.
My knowledge is limited, as I've never played IG.

I love Chimeras. AV12 front, Hull mounted heavy flamer, 5 fire points and a half decent gun for 55 points is totally worth it. Right now the most popular guard builds are pretty much AV 12 spam, between the hydras, manticores, vendettas and chimeras.

That is definetly not going to be my build. Mine will be more infantry spam, and use some heavy armored unit as a shield while I rip their army to shreds
