who are easy to get and have high psycholocy?

i need an interrogator,somebody with higher skill or higher max skill than 8

There are no easy to recruit characters that start with Psychology, and as a random skill, it's very rare. For recruits likely to have a high cap, it's pretty easy to make a founder with a starting psychology cap over 8 using a D-heavy build; the build DDCDCDDEDC in particular will minmax your stats for maximum psychology potential. Otherwise, you might try liberal judges, as they start with at least 7 potential in psychology, usually more. With any character that has fairly high heart and intelligence scores, you should be able to get their cap on psychology up into the teens by increasing their juice.

Edit: I'll add a psychologist character to the game that starts with 4-7 psychology and a cap of at least 6.

Police officers start with a little psychology too, right?

If it scares people into posting, then yes.

If they end up lynched because they didn't post, oh well. Too bad for them. Maybe they should've tried posting.

Yes, but they're fairly hard to recruit, and they don't have a lot of it. Mercenaries, soldiers, agents, CCS members, and all police variants all have psychology.

As a random skill, it can appear on anyone, but it's pretty rare.

I just looked at my collection of hippies to find one with a high max (13), and trained them up to full.  I got them a bit more juice later and trained them way up to 15, allowing me to convert almost anyone.

dang it,my founder is currently the only 1 with decent psychology.

Also most of my police recruits and sleepers have a psychology max at 5.00

Well, you need to raise the attribute that governs the said skill then. I think Intelligence caps the Psychology. Anyway, just raise the orange juice.

I loaded up my save in the new version, spent a minute trying to find my archery range before figuring it was the room with Xs down both sides: bins of ammo and archery targets.
