I actually programmed it so that if Nuclear Power is illegal, the Nuclear Power plant is just converted into a nuclear waste storage dumb. Pushing the button just release nuclear waste into the water.

I should eventually program it so that attacking a nuclear power plant not only affects nuclear power, but also the pollution issue too, if the Nuclear Power Law is affected by Nuclear Power and Pollution views.

That seems pretty harsh -- the LCS is cold, but I have trouble seeing them want to poison the water supply with toxic waste. I like the idea of converting it into a dump though. Perhaps instead of dumping the waste, the LCS could uncover documents showing the waste is seeping into the water supply?

Is the Nuclear Power law currently affected by Pollution views, in addition to the Nuclear Power view? They're both environmental, but they're distinct issues and I'm inclined to keep them separated.

Honestly, I like the extreme measures the LCS can go to try and prove a point. Keep it. Make more features that are extremist in viewpoint, please.

It can work. The only reason I had the LCS release nuclear waste was because there was a red button that can be pressed, and I wanted to come up with something reasonable. I doubt that the LCS would do it, considering that nuclear power is at L+, but if they wanted to press that button when Nuclear Power is at L+, well...there we go!

If you can program that button to instead give out documents showcasing that the nuclear waste is entering the water supply, rather than just causing the Meltdown, that will be great! I don't really care either way...

I have to check, and I'm too tired. LiteralKa argued that he/she believed that the reason people are against nuclear power is due to all that toxic waste it produces, hence pollution.

I sortof see though that even the LCS would have serious trouble justifying the release of toxic waste into the town water supply.  Perhaps if it's a water supply that's only used by the Arch Conservatives on the outskirts of town?

Also failing the roll for using the nuclear power controls should cause a explosion instantly ending the game(IMO).
