Debug Assertion Failed! (vector subscript out of range)

This came immediately after a thug I had out soliciting donations while packing gunned down the single Police Gang Unit who tried to take them in. "It looks like you've lost them!", crash.

New version. Save available, though I can't see it doing any good under the circumstances.

Everyone on the development comes and goes; there are a total of eleven coders who have contributed to the game in the time since I started working on it. Most of the time I'm not around myself.

One of my fonder wishes would be that someday all of those pesky bugs in LCS were gone. No matter how many I fix, more just keep emerging from the woodwork. 

Edit: Thanks for the clear description of that bug, by the way, I was able to reproduce it fairly easily using the new "crew of four" option with an all-B founder, and determine what the problem was. I'm building a 4.00.4a release now.

Any ideas on how to make the college student one a bit better? My first thought was to give you a computer, but you already *have* computer access, implicitly.

More tech or science skills maybe?  A sleeper Teacher or Educator (i.e. a professor who's on board with The Revolution) would also be characterful, without being an overpowered advantage.
