Just kill more conservatives in one raid, you'll get there.

I've slaughtered more than 20 in a single raid (mind you, I could be wrong, I wasn't counting), how many do I need?

I can shut the place down, but I can't drive them out. They keep coming back.

I think it's 25. Which is much too high, mind -- the threshold really needs to be lowered.

Yeah, you just have to hang out at the site shooting people until you get an announcement saying you won. It's quite doable, if you have lots of heavily armored people with good weapon skills. Converted CCS vigilantes work quite well.

Gangsters aren't as good as vigilantes but easy to find and recruit.

If that is the case I am asuming it is a bug in the healing code. However, improving medical technology (And thus the ability to replace limbs/teeth later in the game) would be awesome. Maybe a new issue if you haven't won by 2100? Cyborg/AI Rights? (Starting at C?)

Thanks. The CCS is destroyed. You're right - 25 is too much, I usually ended up having to kill SWAT officers to bring the count up to 25. Perhaps 20 is more in order to make it hard but doable without having to invoke swat teams.

I'm having trouble destroying the CCS in one of my old safehouses. I get the victory message telling me that it is mine but it ends up staying their safe house (I've cleared it twice)
