Thankfully my strategy (grinding at the apartments and court house, build sleeper army) is pretty much totally unbugged so far. Except for one odd thing: I've been getting a lot of 0% and 100% infiltration, and two 34% exactly. Should it be a bit more random, or was a side effect of my low psychology a low range of possible infiltrations?

Side note: I am 100% in favor of 0% infiltration! It's a nice way to balance out the sleeper army strategy.

Another bug?

Causing trouble at the homeless shelter = going to the Cosmetics?  I found transients and gang members... plus a musician.

Actually, can't cause trouble in the other 2 safe houses...

Homeless shelter = Cosmetics is actually connected to the crack house bug. Fixing both of them now.

The infiltration levels are off, apparently. I may have to play a run with a bunch of sleepers and try to figure it out. I know the starting lawyer gets 100% infiltration, and I'm fixing that.

The starting lawyer most specifically did not get 100% infiltration for me. She got 0%. I didn't realize this until after she was found out while spreading liberalism.

Oh, and the Desert Eagle Bar & Grill is also Cosmetics. Probably the same bug, I'm guessing.

Well, infiltration on the starting lawyer wasn't being set, so it's probably about 50-50 chance with that. So the problem is most likely that not all sleepers are getting an infiltration set.

The bar and grill being cosmetics is the same bug, yes.

-Made two bouncers at the front door of the club.
-Added CCS Vigilante door guards to the front of the Bar & Grill. They never let you in... unless you have a sleeper.
-Added flavor text for when you beat the CCS safe houses, to remove guesswork.
-Fixed bug with certain maps not loading the correct map, and crack houses crashing.
-Fixed bug where police wouldn't find your people when raiding a safehouse.
-Fixed bug with a blank newspaper story.
-Fixed bug with infiltration levels being 100% or 0% most of the time.

Also, here are a couple features in the base 4.00 that I forgot about:

- Club security is now more heavily armed.
- You can see the most critical thing a character is wanted for on their full profile.
- Juice gains are doubled across the board.

Because of the x2 club security and their carrying guns, I'm hoping the gentleman's club once again has the sense of being a dangerous hive of conservative villainy, instead of a grinding post.

Oh, an old bug that's still in the game: if you have a police sleeper and have them steal equipment, they'll give you junk items with blank names that crash the game if you try to sell anything at the pawnshop.

And whenever I try to spring my chaps from the police station, I get a buggy little option that doesn't do anything except spit ugly characters at me.

Also, sometimes, when I try to get new recruits, I talk to people about .

This does not impress them.
