I want to be in a story, but realized that as my avatar has no unique personality, it is unlikely that I'll be included. Then a few days ago, inspiration struck, and finally I knew what was at the end of the tunnel.

In two updates.

Both coming ASAP(Possible in this case also requiring lack of laziness)

Can we not turn this into a contest? I love this topic so far and I don't wanna see it derail into a "Me next!" contest.

Come on guys! More writing and less "me too!".

He climbed over the rubble, his M16 casually resting in his hand and with only half the rounds remaining.
The smoke of his cigarette mixed with the smoke of his rifle to leave a slight mist trailing around his face, the jawline set with a grimace.
His foot splashed into a puddle of blood, drawing a growl and a quick shake of his boot.

The sun shone through clouds, making an orange glow that stretched across the wastes before him.
He lifted his sunglasses and peered around, looking for signs of life.

A sudden shifting of some loose stones had his gun razing a line of fire, blasting holes through rock and into whatever moved beneath.

With a great flex of his legs he leapt across the ruined ground to the pile of stone, and with a lunge of his arm grabbed whatever lay beneath.
A loud groan echoes across the wastes as he recognized the limp form hanging from his grasp.

"Another damn giant cave spider. I'm really getting tired of all these bastards hanging around."

A sigh escaped his lips as he tossed the corpse over the nearest building and out of sight and strode back to his motorcycle, the fire dancing along it showing it easily among the shadows as the sun set behind his back.
Kicking it into drive, Aqizzar blazed a trail the same colour as the sky above him, the orange of his path mixing with the orange of the heavens.

I wanna be in a story. (You know, as someone other than someone who calls in enforcements or someone who went to VN and played cards.)

You were a part of the chaos in Texas, which means you're ending up in mine. :D

Gah! No spoilers! >:(

Hehe. Actually all anyone has to do to see what's going to happen to who is check the Texas thread. Although I'm going to have to give it a proper ending, of course, which means putting in people who weren't there.

Oh yeah.

Anyways, another Poem.
Trends of the Bay
There once was a forum named Bay Twelve.
In it, there were many who liked to delve.
In this place, a number of people dwelt.
They ALL loved to smelt.
They posted topics about dwarves,
And how they would like to have wharves.
Many wished for the addition of the wheel.
Some people get mad, but it's no big deal.
Flightless birds became a fad,
But honestly, are fads all that bad?
Soon after, there were many trends.
Most, however, had rather disappointing ends.
The green bands faded,
leaving the holdouts jaded.
The penguins became otherwise.
Some turned to mechanical lies.
But soon, these too would get bored.
And all of a sudden, everyone was floored.
All over the place were doppelgangers!
Fairly soon, everyone had gone bananers.
