I'm taking Andorra. We've had enough crap from Spain and France, and the People have decided it's time to defend ourselves. Due to some odd bartering, We now have enough equipment to get (in real terms, not game terms) 15,000 infantry, 4 tanks, and 250 military-grade Jeeps. The majority of my troops shall be deployed defending the western valleys near Andorra la Vella (Capital), and some will help the exposed peoples of the flatland into the mountains, where they can help defend their country in this time of war.

Also, Germany want to ally?

No one will die, you just can't perform actions in country and you get 125 money gain.
