i pick up any loose needles. i also retrive any stuck in me or 0_0 OH MY SCIENCE 0_0 and load as many as the gun will take, i hold the rest (at least one even if it means not fully loading the gun) in my free hand to use as a melee weapon if needed

I'm more worried about you epic failing while pulling the needles out of my face, and instead ripping out my damaged eye trying to get a hard to reach needle.

Even so, I'll cooperate and let/help you do it...

After you finish, whether you accidentally rip out one of my eyeballs or not, I'll take off my shirt and wrap it around the side of my head with the light bleeding on it to help it clot or whatever... Though if needle retrieval is really botched, it might be heavy...

And then for the third action, I'll be super cautious entering the next room, eye and ears open...
