I am rather sad that none of my twentish questions were answered.

Still gleeful though.

What *was* all that business at the end?

"CMON LITTLE NUMBERS!"

PS: Where do I go to ask to be special guest on next month's DFtalk?

I love that people like my silly editing!  "CMon Little Numbers" is Toady telling his Skype recording program to work... it really sucks and he sings to it to make it work.  I guess his songs are magic.

As far as special guests, we're not doing that next month.  Maybe in the future after that.

One good way to see if your questions will/should be asked are

a) Can your question be answered with a yes or no? AKA a Leading Question
-Are you going to do Electricity?
b) Is your question in the Development page?
-Are you going to add Martial Arts?
c) Is your question boring?
-What color are Goblins?
d) Is your question about When Toady will add something?
-When is the Combat Arc?
e) Is your question WAY too long?
-If it has more then 5 points.
--Note: Es often do get asked but don't usually get answered.

Note: I am not quoting. Sorry if I written down something you asked, it is pure coincidence.

If your question is one of the above it is probably better you ask Toady dirrectly or in the Future of the Fortress. Though all of these have made it into the speach before.

Was my tree question an example of A and E negating each other? (after all, one of them is about the answer being to long and one about it being to short)

No As are about leading questions which can be very long.
E was about your Question being effectively a compound question.

Your was VERY long (and its font was too big) and while asked wasn't answered.

While we don't follow these rules on purpose, I suppose that they are a really good idea.  i'm going to ask Toady to post them at the top of our question asking section.

None of those criteria are concrete, of course.

The best way to get a question asked is to have a question that will lead to interesting discussion.

I'm in love with the idea of semi-random Titans. They seem like such a Wild idea to me, like its literally bringing parts of nature around the fort (or wherever) to life and just having them mill around or whatnot. Really fantastic stuff. Looking forward to the update and more talks, it's great to get to hear your thoughts about the game.

I am too, it also represents a fundemental shift in what Titans are.

Though to admit, I don't think the Giant could fill the Previous Titan's shoes entirely.

I suppose we could add giant giants and giantmen to complement the olms and tigers.
