All I use it for is a battery meter, but qite a nice one at that.
Might also be something like Evolve Desktop combined with Rainmeter.

It's the Enigma skin for Rainmeter. It also has sidebars.

Also that "Calendar - December" is like that only in screenshot ie. it is perfectly lined on the actual desktop.

Trust me when I say that the quality isn't this terrible normally. I just felt bad putting a 1.2 megabyte picture on the forums, which is what high quality would have done.
