Oh, I liked it, but I'll have to change my opinion now.

New is horrible!   ;D

Hurray for generalism!

No, seriously, if I get some time I'm sure I can come up with games where I think the later versions are better.

Red Faction, for instance. And (preparing myself for incoming nuke) I like Red Alert 3.

AoE 1 and 2; middle-paced, strategic and with multiple ways to win. You can actually play defensively and win.

AoE 3; Rushrushrushrush.
Eh, I usually play defensively.  Although sometimes it's enough just to build up an army and strike at your opponent before they've had a chance to do anything, I guess.

I was joking.  All games have a fair chance!

Like Team Fortress 2!

Should be getting TF2 for Christmas.

However, judging from past play at friends' houses, I suck equally at every class.

You will need to practice to be any good at the game.

I'm sure I will.  My best ever record was 3 kills as a spy (ran into enemy base, fucked up but killed 3 people on the way out (2 of them dozily standing around next to each other))...

Cool.

You're in luck though.  When you get the game the Soldier and Demoman weapons will be out and you won't have to wait sorta, heh.

If you want to just get into the game without practice I suggest Soldier, although, this does NOT make him a newb class or whatever.  He just has a nice learning curve, unlike some *cough*spy*cough*.

Hmm... I've seen the website a few times.  Will Solider and Demoman weapons complete the set of 9?

Yeah, I'll probably choose something fairly versatile and easy to use like Soldier to start off with.  That's not to say I'll necessarily be any good at it for a long time...

Everyone except the Engineer, who has been given mini-updates every single major update.

I guess I'll focus on not dragging my team down to hell to start off with.

Hmm, and I haven't actually posted my desktop here for a while.  Oh well.

Before you ask, no, I haven't been able to get an account on Spotify yet, so no, I'm afraid I can't invite anyone.

What's the desktop from, Leafsnail?  I'm not familiar with that series/artist.

It's Windows 7-tan, the officially endorsed outcome of the OS-tan meme.
