Standard blue desktop. I also turn off the themes service and anything else superfluous.

I keep my toolbar on the right because my laptop screen is really wide, so it's nicer to sacrifice width to get a little extra height.

How do people stand such bright desktops?  I generally choose a dark one, anything too bright just gives me a headache if I don't immediately open a window, which is also harder because things stand out less.  Also, black start bar.  Always.  Unless I get my winXP silver bar back in a future OS.  That was boss.
