WAITING TIME IS OVER
New shareholders can still sign on. For now, the three commanders are going to decide on who to hire. They are based on templates designed for specific types of weapons. You have 15 slots.

Templates: Name (effects) (weapon of choice)
Breacher (increased TUs, reactions) (stun rod)
Assault (increased morale, slightly more TUs) (rifle)
Defense (increased psi, less TUs) (psi-op)
Heavy Weapons (40-45ish strength, less TUs, slower reactions) (rocket launcher)
Light Weapons (30-35ish strength) (autocannon)
Medic (high TUs, low strength, low reactions) (pistol, medikit)
None (normal) (any)

I propose to the rest of the commanding group;

2 breachers, for capturing aliens for intelligence.

3 assault soldiers, for obvious reasons,

And if possible, equip all with flares.

I am fine with Kholhaus' suggestions, but I would like to add in one medic and one defense, to pick up some slack on the defensive end. Maybe an extra heavy weapons guy would be good as well.
