You walk into the gun store, looking for cool stuff to fit together onto your coilgun. (10-3) You pick up a bullet case, and an idea surges through you! You coil the wire you have around the gun, and with the magnets  you found, you magnetise the coils! You fit together the rest of the pieces, fit the clip chamber, and voila! You created Railgun! You decide to test fire your gun. (10-3) VVTT BOOMF! The Bullet slides through the coils, and fires at the wall, leaving a burning hole! But your gun seems to have troubles taking on many shots at a time, so you should use it for emergencies.

You fill up your ammo supply, grab a shotgun, and grab a sporting backpack. You can now carry more things! You have 5 full clips of pistol ammo and a full pistol! You have 10 full rounds of shotgun ammo and a shotgun!

You walk away from the weapons shop and carnage. You see a tall building's silhouette. Red Neon Letters suggest that the Hospital is called 'Carnage Hospital'. You head towards the towering building.

You reach the building, and have found there to be no bodies. Anywhere. This place feels ominous. You walk into what seems like a Doctor's lounge and sit down. You pick up the books beside you on the table. 'Simple procedures and treatments FOR DUMMIES.' Flipping through it, you read up on diagnoses and treatments. (10-2) You learn somewhat of medical skill. It's still somewhat of a mystery to you, but you feel you could close a huge gash to the best of your ability. You are now Competent in Minor Medical! +1 to medical success rate.

(4-3) You can't figure whether you do, or do not have Zombie Virus. You shrug and start rifling through the medical stuff. (10-2) You cannot find anything when you turn to go-- OH MY LORD. THE HOLY GRAIL OF MEDICATION! You scream out in desperation! 'PEEEEEEEEEEEEELS HERE!' To noone in particular! You grab the canister of giant proportions and you are giddy with excitement as you chuckle to yourself. 'Ahahahha!'
