Well, supposedly it's not militaristic but here's my two cents:

The worker wrote down what had been created that night:

6 boxes of .267 ammo, 7 boxes of .22 ammo, 7 boxes of .240 ammo, and another 6 boxes of .267 ammo.

.267 .267 .267 .267 .267 .267 -22 -22 -22 -22 -22 -22 -22 240 240 240 240 240 240 240 .267 .267 .267 .267 .267 .267

Google search does not bring up .267 ammo, but it does bring up .268 ammo.

Ah... finally,there is,I guess it's a bit unpopular?

He was a conspiracy theorist who thought that, since such a strange sequence popped into his head, the government must have telepathic devices that they can use to listen in on unsuspecting citizens.

Remember people, he's a worker, not a terrorist, it could be work orders, maybe he just got fired and wanted to shoot up his work, maybe they are Latitudes and Longitudes, the 22, has a -, not a., so its probably something else, the ones with dots can be decimals.

Okay, we're still not getting much discussion.
I'll be putting up a second sequence that's made with the same rules in two days.

For now, I'll mention that the interpretation of one of the numbers has been correctly listed.

Well, 240 backwards is 42, which is divisible by 7 (.267) getting 6 (.267)

If the entire thing were backwards it would be:
762. 762. 762. 762. 762. 762. 042 042 042 042 042 042 042 22- 22- 22- 22- 22- 22- 22- 762. 762. 762. 762. 762. 762.

That's all I thought of :P

I would say that the "correct interpretation" comment refers to 4/15 or 8/30. What would be expected to come in sets of 15 or 30?
Hmmm, I calculate 26 samples, if it was 24 it would have looked like hours in a day...

Maybe it was the lifespan(in seconds) of their incoming nobles. At first there was a siege patrolling the entrance, the next lot came during winter and died on the way, then a bunch made it to the deathtrap, then the siege came back...

So what happened is that they got fired for playing computer games at work...

Interesting, but it falls short in the fact that using a stopwatch to record noble death times is a little pointless, with frames being variably and all.

It is the testing of a new execution chamber, first they count the number of illegal immigrants in each chamber against its maximum capacity(omitting the control which is empty), then they input the lowest temperature, then they input the highest temperature, then they start a new experiment...

Well, 8/30 is about .267, 8-30 is -22, and 8*30 is 240. I'd guess the numbers 8 and 30 have something to do with it.
