Or it could be just work orders.

mmm... the numbers in the middle are repeated 7 times while the edges are repeated 6 times on each side... It may be noteworthy.

After you add-subtract all the numbers,

It SHOULD be translatable into alphanumerics.

SHOULD be, anyway.

a=1 b=2, etc.

Well, a hint's in order, I guess.

Nothing to do with anything militaristic.

A hippy decided to write down coordinates several times, to protest against the war in Iraq.

No music.

Looking through my stuff, I've found a pair of $15 money orders written for donations to Bay 12.
The winner of the contest will get a donation in their name, with all the donation rewards that come with it!

Note: The worker did not write down that sequence, he wrote down something that could be easily translated into that sequence.

In the course of a night, a worker wrote down something that can easily be translated into the following sequence.

.267 .267 .267 .267 .267 .267 -22 -22 -22 -22 -22 -22 -22 240 240 240 240 240 240 240 .267 .267 .267 .267 .267 .267

What was happening?

I'm now giving out a prize for the winner. Whoever gets an answer to my satisfaction first will be filled in as the donor for the $15 donation that I'll send to Toady.
Given the level of repetition, I would hazard a guess that a worker was exploring the limits of boredom...

All numbers begin with 2, it ranges from fractional to negative to positive. Given that the fractions are not recorded on the other numbers it stands to reason that they are a different category of entity. Given that they are repeating they probably refer to something very regular. There is presumably some purpose behind recording them. The fractions are probably some form of comparison to something with a larger value. They are identified as a worker, presumably this has some relevance to someone's profession and if they were writing then they may not have had access to a computer...

Oh, I'll also give that the .267 is rounded.

".267" could be converted to a fraction... it's one fifth plus two thirty-iths... lemme add... 8/30 or 4/15...

"-22" as a fraction... "-44/2"? "-4/(2/11)"?

damn... i thought i was on to something... "2" seems siginificant for some reason...

(4/15)*6 + (-22)*7 + 244*7 + (4/15)*6 ???
