1. Add [GRASP] and [ATTACKFLAG_WITH] to the mouth.
2. KILL THE WORLD.
I must do this.

A weapon in both hands and mouth...

I really want boats to be programmed in now.

I wonder if that would cause some adventurers to be mouth-handed, instead of right- or left-handed.

Couldn't you also throw (spit?) the chunks at enemies in a sortof chunky breath attack?
You can. I was playing as a demon, killed a town by biting them, and then killed another town by spitting leftover chunks at them (I had more than 20-30 chunks in my mouth!).

I think I'll try this but also remove arms and legs from dwarves and see how badass one can be as a result.
Then they will crawl which will make them VERY slow and all attacks against them to be twice effective. A death sentence.

Yeah, what Deon says is right. Just remove the arms and it should be fine.

No shield, though; that would be an extra difficulty.

Wow. I just added the [GRASP] and [ATTACKFLAG_WITH] to my dorfs, and made a new adventurer who was auto-equipped with a Steel War Hammer in his mouth and TWO shields, one in each hand.

Your adventurer is Mouth-handed.
I think that this tag allows the modified body part to punch, also. I was just playing, weaponless, and set my combat preference to strike. My adventurer proceeded to punch a nightwing with his mouth.

Bugs aside, creatures will only carry one weapon. The rest of their grasping body parts will be equipped with shields.

Try playing against a corrupt intentions clown civ. They equip one sword or axe or whatever, and five shields. I'm not sure, but it may even allow ranged units to use shields.
