I think olms are awesome because they look like baby dragons, but axolotls are really cute.
I'd say I like them both the same, but I like them for different reasons.

When I was a child, I used to feed the Axolotl at the library near my home. The librarian used to melt every time I said "can I fweed the axolotl?".

So obviously I think Olms are better.

Thing about axolotls, is that they can actually turn to "mature" mudpuppies under the right conditions. Olms remain their strange selves for as long as they live, regardless of the weird stresses you put them under.

However, axolotls have ridiculously cute faces vs the ugly, eyeless olm.

Axolotls are "better" in my opinion. Olms are really cool too, though. I'd love to see one in its natural habitat in person.

But ein, why is this thread in the DF General Discussion, as it has quite little to do with DF (the only thing being that "olm-kind" are in DF)? I suggest a move to the 'Finally...' General Discussion.
