Actually, they can terminate a planet, like zerg and creep, but more clean and less sticky.

I don't want to trawl, so tell me, has anyone vandalized my precious Max? Tell me it's not true!

Of course, now somebody definitely will. Ah well.

Goddammit Cthulhu, I am going to kill you and drink your blood to a rendition of 'Old Man River' played on a harpsichord for that.

Tune in next week for words never before said in the history of the world.

Yes, but the deceiver is out-machinated by Tzeench, the Void dragon is stuck under the heel of the greatest psychic the galaxy has ever known, the Nightbringer is weak and the outsider is mad and stuck in a Dyson sphere.

The Necrons have a way to seal the Warp away, for ever.

And don't be so sure that Tzeench out-machinates the Deciever, there's the whole Culexis assassin thing going on, and the Deciever, unlike Tzeench, coordinates his machinates rather than sets them against each other.

Tzeench has access to the mind of the craftiest people who ever lived in the warp, and they become apart of him. I don't think he's in any danger of being out-maneuvered.

He outmanuvers himself constantly; his very nature is self-defeating.

That's the whole point of the Chaos Gods; they're self-defeating.

A summary of 40k's plot would take about 10 pages of text, and be completely incomprehensible.

So instead i'll just link you to what TVTropes has to say on the matter; It's still incomprehensible, but it's more amusing.

Necrons irritate me (thanks DwarfAvenue!) but they did before him too, though not as much.
Eldar annoy me, though I do respect them.
The Imperial Guard I have a respect for. Not it's ruling body, but the men and women themselves.
The Space Marines I'm afraid to speak out against lest they rip my balls off and hurl them into the warp.
The Tau I kinda like, if only because they're the sanest race out there (and yet the death camps)
Chaos. Fuck, Chaos.
Sisters of Battle? Meh.
Dark Eldar? Freeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaky.
Tyranids? Ohohohono.
Orks are probably the one race apart from the Tau I'd like to be a part of.

Any I've missed? I know I've missed a few.

I wanted to make the lights blink and stuff, but I don't know how to animate in GIMP.  Frowny face...

If you save it as .gif and choose not to merge layers but to play layers as animation you can have it so that each layer is a frame. The bottom layer will be the first to play then the top layer the last. To adjust the play length of each frame, rename the title of that layer and add '(100ms)' or however long you wish to play that frame for in brackets. If you are using transparent layers, you will also have to use '(replace)' in brackets for the title of that layer.
It's pretty simple really, just not quite as convenient as a program like Flash where it is much easier to edit frames.

There are the Witch hunters Jack. They crazy. There is also the Demonhunters, who have the Grey Knights on their side. They are to space marines what space marines are to regular humans.
