In my experience, KFC does not tend to be severely, overly greasy, compared to some of the other options around town. Seriously, some Pizza you get here could easily fill a mug with grease if you let it drip out.

That said I had a mushroom and spinach omelet for breakfast. This doubledown sandwich just isn't my thing.

If you make it a habit to eat too much (of anything, not just fast food), you will get fat, it is a nearly universal truth. Eat less and grow thin, exercise and grow strong.

You could eat plenty of things without ever getting fat. Lettuce, for one.

You could eat plenty of things without ever getting fat. Lettuce, for one.

Does your lettuce have a dressing on it? Would you want to eat just plain, uncooked lettuce all the time? or celery? I don't think most would. The key as I said is moderation. Enjoy whatever tasty foods you like, just don't fill your plate if you know it's a heavy food. Don't go back for seconds. If you know a food is filled with preservatives or other such "bad" things, make it a treat instead of a daily or weekly meal.

Yes but celery lacks the nutrients to keep you healthy. You would need to eat something else as well. Also if you decided to overeat with celery "because you wont get fat from it" brings about a whole new slew of problems. Celery is difficult to digest and in large enough quantities will harm your digestive system and cause you to develop digestion related problems. You can cook celery or steam it until it is soft however and that reduces the problem somewhat. I imagine i'd get tired of steamed lettuce and celery pretty quickly.
