Menil looks at the new arrivals then at his leg...

"Well this forces it."

Menil forces air into his wound opening it up more and pushing the crystals that were jammed into it out of the exposed flesh. Then for good measure he used his shortsword to cut out the flesh that had been touched by the crystal, wincing the entire time. After the deed was finished Menil burned the wound with a bit of fire to seal it.

With his leg healed to the best it could be at the moment Menil stood back up and put his sword away, and instead pulled a small wand from his robe. Pushing a small button on the wand it popped out into a full length staff. Staff in hand Menil regrew his wings and flew over the battlefield in search of a high concentration of enemies.

[Phantom]

They are all spread out in ambush, oh crap EMP bomb
"FUCK ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT GOT FRIED!"

[Archangel]

"Not mine. You need to a lot more than that to even scratch my armor. And you need to get through it to harm the electronics."

[Phantom]

A railgun shot hits Archangel, its mixed with a gauss rifle for penetration
"Less talking more shooting"
A soldier is walking around through the field
"Fucked up squad on their on jihad, oo oo, fucked up squad on their own jihad..."
Ghost notices him
"Jesus fuck Santorez!?"

[Archangel]

The hostile who shot Archangel is shreded by his minigun. His armor is completely unharmed.
"Really, to do any damage to this stuff" Shoots some enemies "you need a very big vehicle mounted weapon. And then it would only be superficial damage." Dodges enemy fire.

So Menil what do you have in mind... wait I already know, clever

"I thought so as well"

Menil circles the field looking at the placement of the mutants then picking out a few select groups he sends a small ball of fire down onto the tiberium around them. Menil repeats this with many groups, and just as he finishes launching the balls for the last group he picked the fire he had sent at the first was just arriving and inches from touching down onto the tiberium.

[Phantom]

Santorez is still waltzing past fire
"Fucked up squad on their on jihad, ooh ooh, fucked up squad on their own jihad..."
"JESUS FUCK SANTOREZ!?"

Hell, the mutants got a rouge terran ghost on their side, armed with 2 waikaizashis, he was the drill instructor for half of the terran ghosts on Independence 91
"Hey wait aren't those my swords, and also, JESUS FUCK SANTOREZ!?"

The ghost basically dances through fire, he jumps over any melee blows Luke or Archangel can make...

Phantom has a certain glare in his eyes, he looks east...
"NOD...."

The Lich walks out of the bar, still eating his bowl of tiberium.

"Mmm...*crunch* say, what's going on out here?"

(could somebody give me a rundown?)

[We are fighting a bunch of tiberium based life, and mission got blasted by tiberium shard, Luke and Archangel are kicking ass, a soldier named Santorez is walking around rapping.]

The Lich takes sight of the mutants, and sees how they stand in between him and his food, thus he decides to do something about it. Several dozen flying serrated red disks of energy are launched at the mutants, embedding themselves in the chests of the mutants and the ground around them before exploding.

The lich's plan turned out horribly, due to tiberiums explosive content, he blows up his meal

[Luke_Prowler]

After taking out a fair number of mutants with their own men, the corpse clubs begin to come apart. Luke is disappointed, a imperial guardsman would lasted longer than that. Oh well. looking around for another improve weapon, Luke find many pretty gems dotting the area. Like Rips one of them up, and throws it at a group of mutants, impaling one of them. He takes his bolter out and fires a bolt at the gem, causing it to explode and taking the mutants with it.

"How many of there things are there?"

[Phantom]

"If one of those *Gems* touch your skin, you become a mutant with prolonged exposure to it, don't touch any."

[Luke_Prowler]

"Unless you didn't notice, I'm wearing power armor. Thanks for the advise anyway"

[Phantom]

"Also, don't shoot blue crystals or they will-"
The tiberium surrounding them turns blue
"explode..."
