That sounds epic, lol.

AFAIK, bite attacks (or teeth attacks as you called them) are still in, I haven't heard anything about them bieng removed.

Yea they're still in.  In fact if that same thing happened in DF that would likely force a bite attack.  Secondary attacks(like humanoid bites) happen when all of the main attacks are disabled for some reason. (like the arms being mangled in the mouth of a bear)

As for a combat report it would probably just be the bear biting the arm, mangling it, and latching on, while the human mangles the bear's throat with a bite, the bear passing out, then a few pages of "You strike the bear in the head with your cedar twig. It is briused!"
