Any copyrights that existed back then would've expired loooong ago. Even by today's term lengths.

I never really thought hard rock fit DF, I usually listen to classical music while playing DF, though, as I said before, I usually listen to my own recorded drum solos during sieges. Dont get me wrong though, I love rock music, I just dont really see how it fits DF.

Honestly I think drone music fits df the best, especially when your max fps starts to plummet.

I listen to /mu/-core when I play DF. There's just something about dwarves and Neutral Milk Hotel that feels right.

I really enjoy the sound of the extended soundtrack that came with mac builder, probably because I actually play one of the bassoon solos included in my symphony, but its still really nice.
