I don't know, probably Hereticus.  Dealing with heretics can easily lead you into Xenos/Malleus territory, so it's not like it'd be all fighting humans.  Plus, burning witches at the stake.  You know you want to do some of that.

Also, I have the core, Inquisitor's Handbook, Anathema and Disciples of the Dark Gods. And my character is probably done in a short while. Surprisingly bendy Tech-Priest.

First session will involve creating characters, if you don't know.  It's not hard, and it doesn't take two or three sessions like Dungeons and Dragons.  If you use Suptg's creator, it takes like two minutes(That doesn't include fleshing out character background and personality, though.
