On further reflection, count me out for now.  If you do use an outside system, I'd like to watch to see how things pan out (and who dies the bloodiest death), but I'd rather not bother for now.

Here is a list of virtual tabletop programs.  Fantasygrounds is right out though, because it costs money and we're not going to be stealing anything.

Maptool would also be a good call.  More bells and whistles than OpenRPG, native support for hex grids (does that matter?), runs off of Java compared to OpenRPG's Python, but it's not necessarily better than OpenRPG.  Having used both, I found Maptool easier to use, but it has a bigger system footprint.
