ah. there the problem lies, i sorta modified each post afterwards.

however, if it DOES happen again, ill be able to write down the IP, ask toady to ban it, and be happy.

toady has also issued a post to me pertaining to this moments ago, fortunately, he understands the situation, and hasnt reprimanded me.

If it were actually him Jakkarra, then Toady would be able to match up the IP's from when your account was jacked, and this guy to confirm whether he's the culprit.

It's him and he's probably using a proxy anyway.

Yeah, I made the above post before I read the details in the Russian thread, and that St4lk3r guy is a real jerk.

How do Proxies' work anyhow? Can't he just ban the proxy along with his account and hope he goes away?

i PM'd toady a while ago asking for the IP check, and ban.

it must be someone i actually know in RL. ive never mentioned some of the things he said.

Yeah, the IPs match with one of the original messages.  I've banned him.  He'll either come back or not.  Did he commit a felony?  I suppose that's in Jakkarra's hands, if anybody there cares.  The IP might be traceable since I could link it with the originals.

i'm actually unsure whether the act of messing with my account would be considered a crime in england...

meh, he didn't do anything particularly harmful to me, like steal monies from credit cards i have...

meh, it's not worth my time pursuing this.
