On a serious note, use random.org to generate a number from 1-16^10, then convert it into hexadecimal or something like that. Best way to get a secure password.

Edit: and why is this in DF Suggestions?

 At this point it might be malware. Search your computer and don't try to type in any bank passwords or such.

 Although considering what they did, more than likely it is either somebody you know that is smart and hates your guts and has too much time on their hands, or somebody who is actually out for your identity and happened to notice your activities and decided to have some fun.
