Man, Hello Kitty has gone on all sorts of things. I'm not at all surprised. It's not even a child thing anymore, more for young adult females who like cute things. There's Hello Kitty eye patches, vibrators, tattoos, bras, etc. This is probably photoshopped, but it looks like something they'd make.

Yup. They market it as a "shoulder massager" but everyone knows that shoulder massagers are supposed to look like this. And if it was purely meant for shoulders, it wouldn't advertise as being "14 cm or 5.5 inches approx." I think they're meant for ladies who are into furries Hello Kitty.
