ANVIL CITY, 9AMI walked around town, whistling. I had just spent the last night relaxing at the Count's Arms. At first the damn proprieter wouldn't let me stay, then I flashed him some money and he was practically begging for me to stay. I asked him where to get some weapons and he recommended Moravyn's Peacemakers, and that they opened around nine.

So here I am, shopping at Moravyn's for some new gear, after that slug Sivian Fol nicked my gear.
Well, Moravyn does seem nice, but his things are overpriced.
I barely managed to convince Moravyn to sell me an iron longsword, iron greaves and chainmail gauntlets. Not much, but it'll get me started.

Woah, I just saw something I thought I would never see! My ma was an alchemist, she loved to tell me tales at night about everything. One night, she was telling me about Nirnroot, about how a mer named Sinderion discovered it's extreme usefullness; about how incredibly rare it is in the hands of a skilled alchemist. Well I just picked me a sprig right by the pool in Anvil! I better ask around and see if anyone knows a master alchemist.
ANVIL DOCKS, 2PMWell, I've been here for half a day now. I went back into the docks and I just grabbed some stuff out of the crates. Some shoes, a bunch of bolts of cloth, I'm guessing all that I've taken has amounted to about... 30 gold. Not bad for a few hours work. Best of all, no one cares that they are gone!
I also chanced going into the Serpent's Wake, the haunted galleon I was supposed to clear out. As soon as I entered, I felt a supernatural presence. The interior was hauntingly dark and cold. I had barely taken a few steps when two spectres attacked!
You betcha I scarpered out of there. The spirits followed me onto the deck and an epic battle ensued.
Several guards were involved as well as Sivian Fol. I had to hang back as I did not have any silver or magic weapons, although I did blast with the occasional fire ball. I do have magical skill you know.
When the battle ended, I hurriedly looted the spectral corpses. I found two sharpened cutlasses and ectoplasm. It looks and feels like ghostly spunk. Nasty. There was good news, however. Sivian Fol had died! His face was lacerated and his skin was taut and aged. It was like each slash of the specres had aged him by several years. I quickly looted his corpse... and I found my Steel Cutlass! The bastard sold my other things, but he kept my weapon! Darn, I wasted money on the iron sword.
Oh well, time to sell my loot. I hear there is a good tradehouse around here, with the kind of merchant that doesn't ask questions.
