Yeah it's pretty useless by level 10.

You could just go with a flat attribute boost; often all of your primary skills get to 100 before all of your attributes.

Anyway, you should play a hand to hand, light armor character with poor to intermediate stealth skills. Objective: Tear off Mankar Cameran's head and crush his soul with your bare hands.

I did that once. Hard, but rewarding.

In Morrowind, I always pick The Ritual, so I'll go with that.

Ritual and the thief/warrior are pretty good. (They're overpowered next to the rest.) The birthsigns are very unbalanced...

In-Game Description: Those born under the Ritual use the Mara's Gift power once a day as a powerful Restore Health spell. The Blessed Word can turn the undead.

The Ritual is a birthsign which provides two powers:

    * Blessed Word lesser power : Turn Undead up to level 25 (100 points) for 30 seconds on target, multiple times per day at a cost of 40 Magicka.
    * Mara's Gift greater power : Restore Health 200 points on Self, once per day

at around level 15+ every average Joe will be dropping elven and glass and ebony and daedric. I want to make the most of my money... And I have Midas' and L.A.M.E installed so there will always be fun with spells... And they cost alot.

My name is Hotvig. I come from Solitude, upon the top of the world. A few months ago, I dreamt a strange dream. In my dream, I saw 8 bright, shining stars. They radiated hope and energy. Then behind them came a dark cloud. When I saw the cloud, my skin went clammy and heart filled with dread. Behind the cloud marched a thousand red flames. They engulfed the shining stars and the whole world went black.

Then, a single flickering candle lighted up. From this candle came out a single ember. When the ember touched the cloud, the ground began to thunder and the sky began to roll. And then I woke up.

What does this mean?

I know not, but the next night, I slept and I saw...
I saw and heard a God.

I don't know which it was, but a strong yet gentle voice said to me,

"You must go to the heartland. There you will find the champion, and there the dawn will never rise."

I have never felt so compelled in my life.
So here I am, Hotvig in Anvil, lonely and clueless.

I left my cabin to find myself in the warm and unfamiliar surroundings. I saw the captain on deck, Sivian Fol. I walked over and asked him,

"Where am I?"
"You are in Anvil, the port of Cyrodiil."

"Where are my belongings? I didn't find them in my chest"
Sivian Fol fidgeted uncomfortably at that, and I suspected the worst. My suspicions were met when he said,

"Well, you see, I was a bit low on coin, and the lads wanted to be paid, and well-"

I promptly punched him in the face. Surprisingly, he just sat there, dazed and he did not call the guards. I steamed off and walked away.
