The fortress I'm currently making has 68 dwarves and I'm starting to realize that micro-managing the fort would be alot easier if there was a way to filter the Unit List by either (or both) Labor and Skill.

This came to me when I wanted to engrave a room, but wanted only the best engraver to do the work.  However I had just finished a massive stone smoothing job in which I had 10 engravers smoothing the whole fort.  Out of that I got one legendary engraver, and I wanted him to do the engraving for the room.  However the only way I could filter out the other engravers was to turn Stone Detailing off on the dwarves I knew had it on.  Then watch the room designated to be engraved.  When a wall started to be marked as about to be engraved I checked the Unit List to make sure it was my legendary dwarf, if not, I'd remove Stone Detailing then remove the designation on the wall to cancel that dwarf's job, then re-engrave it and wait for the next time.

A simple sort/filter would've been alot easier.
