"Encrust" "Decorate" designations!

Well, we got dump and melt designations... why not encrust and decorate? Maybe with a menu so we can choose the gem or material for decoration! It's annoying setting up stockpiles just to encrust my champion's swords!

It would be a huge pain in the ass if we had to manually designate items for decorate/encrust jobs to be done at all. It would be better if this acted as a priority setting, so jewelers/craftsdwarves would look for designated items first and then just decorate whatever's closest if no items are designated.

I also would quite like this ability.

It'd probably be easier just to make it another option, either "Prefer Designated Items" or "Prefer any items"
