The soldier is patched up by a medic.

Mean while, the area where the soldiers are is made secure (anti-ambush), while an engineer deals with the 'radio.' (checks for boobytraps and the like.)

If possible the tanks then move towards the area with the Vokkstrum in, with the soldiers. They do not make their presence known however.

Motorbike mounted units move out, as fast support.
Then another halftrack is sent along with two more tanks, accompanied by Cpt. Leon Holtzmann.

Meanwhile, the signaler keeps in constant radio contact and gets as much information from them as possible.

Jetsquirrel your part of the Wehrchmacht, not the 1st Infantry Divison of the US of A

Your soldiers come across a battlefield, as your second in command gets hit with a bullet.

You are able to get away, albeit with casualties, the next day, one day before invasion.

Ah, the Welrod, don't they shoot only one bullet though?
Lt. LT Smash is dropped off behind an installation of Flak Guns, the Invasion begins.

Lt.LT Smash speaking to his troops;

"Alright men, there are a few things that need to known by all a ya.
We will fight mean, we will fight dirty, the German will learn to fear us and speak of us in whispers and see us under every stone and in every dark corner.
There is one more thing; each soldier who joins me owes me a personal debt."

He stands back, looking in the face of all of his men.

"Each of my soldiers owes me one-hun'red Nazi scalps!

...And I want my scalps."

((This won't be all Inglorious Basterds references, I just had to make that one))
