geee umm how big is the embark?
3x3

5x5

Fixed.

(The other 3x3.  ;) )

I may have to take an unofficial swing at this, just so, as a judge, I know what they're going through.  (Yeah, that's the reason...)

I'm actually a judge too, but I felt like testing myself.

well if you want a major FPS boost i suggest you turn the GPS rate down to somethings like 20. :/ it's what i have set anyway

oh and 40D# really helps as well. specifically 40d11 is what i use at the moment

You know, Solifuge, you may not have made quite the best choice of supposed starting location for this one. The resources for making it on a terrifying mountain range closely resemble the resources for making it in a saltwater swamp.

On an unrelated note, do you know if goblins have beak dogs on this world?

Thank you Solifuge, for staying up late!

Really I don't Understand, am I on the same map???
Not only have I only had one Casualty that being a Dog taking down a Magmaman, granted I have Died a few times due to Harpies and Beakdogs, I don't see why its so hard, I mean the Miners have Picks already, here I thought I would have to smith them myself but the blasted fools already have them so I was into the Ground Straight away, and there's no rule against using the Magma Pipe's Stone to lower yourselves past the Aquifers.

And whats this about low FPS, I had to LOWER mine cause it was moving so fast...

Am I on the wrong map or something???

The only thing I have noticed, no Bauxite...
Oh well I will be using the Aquifer as the Floodgates now...
