Animal stockpile not working
« on: August 17, 2009, 07:26:44 am »

So I've designated a stockpile for caged animals and empty cages and traps, but my dwarves won't use it for some reason. I've tried removing it and re-designating it a couple of times, still doesn't work.
I have all applicable labours enabled, the dwarves are moving and animals just fine, they've hauled animals to the zoo and to the butchers and anything else animal-related I can think off.

They just won't place non-placed cages at the stockpile.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, cause I'm all out of ideas

You've got your (o)rders set to gather (a)nimals, right?

P.S. If you don't get this note, let me know and I'll write you another.
It's amazing how dwarves can make a stack of bones completely waterproof and magmaproof.
It's amazing how they can make an entire floodgate out of the bones of 2 cats.

Thats the ticket. Must've disabled it during one of my "oh-fuck, stay indoors or the goblins will kill you!" moments.
Forgot it even existed.
