Nope, I literally typed in "scout" it was all just pictures of scouts with a painting (That looked like a photo in the thumbnail) of a girl in a scout uniform with her top open. Now I need to see this rule 34

It's not the girl, it's the suggested age of the girl.  Even if the model was 18, that image is clearly meant to evoke the idea of a much younger girl.

Meh, it didn't give me that impression any more than when you get porn models who are clearly over 18 dressing up in schoolgirl or cheerleader outfits.

It went well until page 6, when IndonesiaWarMinister decided it was a good idea to post a picture of an anime chick's armpit.  Thanks.  I guess that was triggered by the sig [Actually, it's not particularly naughty.  But I will say it is for the purposes of this excercise].
