EVE

I'm going to have to go with "No" on this one. Mostly because there seems to be a logic failure about putting a robot in jail rather than dismantling it.
Objection! There are plenty of possible reasons for that, at least if you use a liberal definition of "jail", the most probable being that they CAN'T dismantle her in a safe way that dosn't risk destroying the tech they want to reverse engineer, or that they want to study her behaviour. In fact, in the movie that ARE actually put in jail (ok, more like an asylum, but the difference is not that big) at one point.
You are right in that she would most likely be deactivated, and possibly have the arms/body/head separated, but I should still be able to play. >:(
And even ignoring that, in any crossover thing like this you really cant expect to go without MUCH larger logical fails than this, if you mix together a bunch of settings you simply will never get a logical result, especially in an RP, especially on the internet.
Are we allowed to take Captain Ironblood?

Two problems of that: Ironblood is overpowered (not like that has stopped many of you...) and has not comitted any crime that would have his fellow dwarfs have him arrested.
The reason no crime is mentioned is because I think that was just the question if he COULD join, not the actual filled out application. And While he IS overpowered it's really not as extreme as many others.

Name: Gogo
Powers: Gogo is a fabled mimic, being able to copy the moves of his friends and enemies, though he needs to have seen the ability in question to do so.

Mimicry makes this one too over powered. Beside, accidental killing counts as man-slaughter. This prison is for real dangerous people
I dont know anything about that game, but if it works like the 8-bit theatre webcomic (which is supposedly based of the games) I don't think it's to overpowered at all.

Appearance:

I saw the name, and I thought "Clyde Barrow? hell ya!" then I learn that it's the ghost from Pacman. Try again.
This time your not even bothering to make up an excuse! >:(

I think you forget the most important of all gaming: The GM is allways right.

I'd give you a better reply, but my keyboard is acting up again.

Is the no-Ironblood rule in effect because of his overpoweredness or his lack of a crime? His crime can be non-canon and his overpoweredness can probably be nerfed to his post-hydra-kill but pre-Chuck-Norris level.

An original character is anyone not from an officially published book, game, movie, anime or cartoon, last I checked, Nist Akath was not a book, and Dwarf Fortress is an indie game.

An original character is anyone not from an officially published book

books are stories, Nist Akath is a story.

Therefore Nist Akath is a book published by Captain Mayday. (not copyrighted, but published.)

@Luke: Can you give me a reason why Clyde wouldn't work? It's not like he can float through walls. (Even look at Pacman!)

He's pretty much an average dude with a mental disorder, an addiction, and no vocal cords.
